Do we even get scholarships or is it just for OOS students?
Whether or not the school gives scholarships to instate students should be published on the school’s website. Most state school prioritize their own state residents, so I can’t imagine that there aren’t any. The website may also list criteria so that you could just whether or not you might be a candidate. Most schools, however, don’t give scholarships to everyone who meets that criteria, except for the few schools that give automatic scholarships.
Here is the link to university-wide scholarships. There are some for in-state:

My D1 applied for CLA scholarships last year and was offered some money related to her discipline of study. We are in-state.
