Hi, I'm applying early decision to Columbia, and took 2 subject tests for the first time on Nov 2. As the deadline is the 8th, I wanted to make sure that they got my SAT score at least, so I sent that to them without anything with, but when I went to send the Subject Tests, it told me I could send my score as well? Is there just supposed to be one score report, and does this mean they'll dismiss my application out of hand since I haven't given them any SAT IIs..?

Not quite clear what you did but be aware that whenever you order any tests sent by CB, it will show all tests you have taken in the list for sending regardless of whether you sent older tests before. CB’s default position for any order is to always send all test scores it has for you unless you choose not to send particular tests. Also, colleges are fine with receiving any test scores more than once. Moreover, Columbia accepts through the Nov tests for ED as long as they arrive in time, which they will if you identify Columbia in your test registration as one of the colleges to be sent scores upon release.
