Have pity?

My freshmen year of high school is coming to a close and while it might be too early, I'm feeling the pressure of applying to colleges already. Last year I received a B- in German I and an A- in Earth Science. While I took these classes in 8th grade, they are included on my high school transcript. I'm assuming that Yale (my dream school) won't take me, not only because of those two marks but because I'm really not smart enough, but am wondering if my chances of Cornell, my second choice, are ruined as well. Here are my grades for this year assuming there are no surprises on my finals:
-- H Biology - A
-- H German II - A
-- H Global - A
-- H Algebra- A-
-- H English - A

My course load for next year looks like:
-- H Chem.
-- H German III
-- H Global II
-- H Geometry
-- H Algebra II
-- H English 10

So with good SAT/SAT II's, a good essay, good AP's, and better grades, do I still have a chance?
Thanks in advance.

Oh and for EC's:
-- Model UN, a few awards in conferences, nothing too special. (Will continue through senior year)
-- Will hopefully found a debate team/club next year, as my school is currently lacking one.
-- Varsity track ( will continue through at least next year)
-- Joining Mock Trial next year.
-- Volunteered at a nursing home (75+ hours so far)
-- ...If anything else grabs my interest, I'll definitely consider it.
-- I write for the school newspaper

This is getting ridiculous (not you, but just stressed out freshmen in general). It’s honestly way too early to be worrying about college admissions. Furthermore, a B- in one class for one semester doesn’t mean you’re not going to get into Yale. Relax and take a breath. It sounds like you have great ECs and are on the right track. Just enjoy life for now. Seriously.

As freshmen, just use CC as a way to gather information so you don’t make any dumb mistakes as a sophomore. No point in making a chance thread as a freshmen, things WILL change. Unexpected things WILL happen.

Just use CC as a tool for now, and live life!

Oh my god, you’re screwed.
