Physics - 690 and Maths 2c - 670.
Not great scores, and I haven't received any email from Upenn regarding missing documents.
So, is it OK if I don't send these scores at all?
What will the repercussions be?

Penn REQUIRES two SAT2s and the SAT OR the ACT. If you sent in the ACT you’re fine. If you did not, I suspect you’ll be hearing from them eventually that documents are missing from your file. Send them in.

If they were required I haven’t received anything from Upenn.

Regular Decision Applicants
We have completed the first round of follow-ups for Regular Decision applicants who are missing documents. These follow-ups were sent via email, so please be sure to check the spam filters on your email account.

I checked my spam too, nothing there either.
So, should I still send them in or are the subjects not mandatory?

They’re mandatory. Send them.

If you sent in the ACT as well as the SAT your file would technically be complete. If you only submitted SAT scores your file is incomplete.

I only submitted the SAT.

Meaning, I haven’t given the ACT.

Then your file is incomplete. Just send them. Besides, Upenn is a reach for everyone, so don’t feel bad if you get rejected. People with perfect scores get rejected too :)
