"Have you applied to Yale previously"

<p>There's a question on the supplement that says "Have you applied to Yale previously; if so, what year"</p>

<p>Do I say yes, if I applied for CollegeMatch? Seems like they're asking about something different though</p>

<p>I think that applies to kids who previously applied to Yale, didn’t get admitted, took a gap year, and now are applying again.</p>

<p>The answer is no. This is the same application round, and the fact that you weren’t matched was a deferral- hence you are just continuing the same application.</p>
