How have you changed?

I am ALOT more outgoing and social. I have way more self-confidence, I was very very shy and had low self-esteem in high school even though I was really smart because I thought I was ugly. But now that I've dated a few guys, I'm pretty normal in that dept I think.
I have about the same grades, mostly As and some Bs, but I did have a bad year during soph year (depression due to a break-up, etc) and ended up with like 3 Cs and an F, which never happened in HS. I've still got a pretty good GPA though, it's almost a 3.5 so I'm trying to get it to that before I graduate in May.

I don't know what it is with coming from a small town, but nearly everyone I went to high school with is married/has kids. :-/

Going to college opened me up to plenty of opportunities that my small hometown could never offer. Then again, I've always sought more than what people in my town thought was successful--going to the state college and moving back home after graduation. <--This is not something that interested me.

So, I guess I didn't change too much. I'm just putting more of my desires into action, i.e. traveling, trying new things, etc.

randomgrandeur, sounds like my hometown too! I'm pretty sure about 2/3 of my hs class is married/getting married/has kids/is pregnant.
I do go to a state college (because I got a full ride) but I'm going to grad school in another state the year after next (taking a year off to work and save up money) and if I never come back to Alabama after that, it wouldn't bother me any.

no (10 char.)

I became more outgoing and I also enjoyed classes more (mostly because I'm interested in my major). Most importantly, I grew as a person. I had my own apartment and lived on my own for 3 years, paying most of the rent by myself, having a part-time internship during the school year, doing everything myself, etc.

I was very high-strung my senior year of high school. I think I'm a lot more laid back now. Then again, I find that people in New England tend to be more high strung than those back home on the West Coast, so maybe I'm still high-strung but I can't tell anymore. :)

Drank more!!!!
