Have you decided on your major?

Have you always known? Perhaps, you haven't decided yet.

How sure are you? Do you have any suggestions for the confused ?

I am leaning towards winemaking at Cornell.

JUNIOR YOU’RE BACK!! hugs

Well with the start if the new school year I thought I’d want to be an engineer. Now with AP Chemistry, AP Physics, and AP Calc BC. I’m starting to rethink a major dealing with math…but I really do enjoy learning about the human body so I’ll probably go into some professions in health but not healthcare.

Nursing. I sure as hell had better have it figured out now.

It took a while, but the pieces just kind of fell into place. It’s something that I like to do, and it’s the safest investment. It’s the only thing that makes sense.

Niquii!

It feels as if I have been gone forever. I’ve been working on the Common App and travelling!

I am actually considering something mathematical too. I will see after I take Calc III and Multivariate this year. Thanks for the reply.

That is wise.

No probs, brah. Think about the things that you enjoy, but could take immense loads of.
Shea you have been gone forever :(

As of right now, I have lots of majors I want to major in:

Environmental Science/Studies

Plant Sciences

Geography with a Concentration in Physical Geography

Religious Studies (I know, sounds weird)

Art History

But I have more of a feel towards majors that can broaden my studies that will help the environment. And I want to study at Cornell too!

Welcome to CC, apprentice!

Those are well-intentioned majors. I was once quite skilled at geography, but it was more political than physical.

Niquii, I am not so sure I could take immense loads of anything. (winemaking however…)

Majors I honestly have no idea yet. I’m definitely going to do a double major but I’m not sure what exactly yet (I’ve thought of biology, psychology, English, philosophy, economics, and political science)

I’ve narrowed it down to three careers: writer (whether it be creative or journalistic), psychiatry (not psychology, I mean like going to medical school), and lawyer. I know all three are very, very different careers but those are three fields I’m the most passionate about.

International Relations or Nutritionist… not really sure what I would do with either though :/

Yeah I’m going to major in cow tipping at Wyoming State.

I’ve known I want to major in Biochemistry for years now :D. My career path keeps changing though. I know I want to work in Pediatric Oncology (my dream job would be at St.Jude), but I’ve changed from Research Scientist to Biomedical Engineer back to Research Scientist and now I want to be a pediatrician (which I think I’ll stick with!)

woops, nutrition not nutritionist. a nutritionist is what I would want to be if I majored in nutrition but I don’t know what type of nutritionist I want to be, or if I even really want to do that

Well, right now I’m thinking Biology. I’ve also considered Psychology and English. It’s funny because I’m taking AP-level classes for all of those this year. :p

I’m doing Electrical Engineering for sure.

Either Political Science or Pre Law studies. I do not know which one am going to choose.

Biology. On the premed track. :)

Econ/Finance

All tha monies, when the industry recovers.

Computer science/comp eng, unless I decide math is too hard. Then I’d probably do media/graphic design with business.

I’ll be majoring in Musical Theater with a minor in biology…Then I’ll get my masters at a Physicians Assistant Program and A Masters in Acting.

Sent from my LG-E739 using CC

Economics or Finance. I don’t know which one though
