Have you gotten your AP summer work yet?

I only have summer work for AP English  .

I have summerwork for five of my AP classes. Ugh, this is going to suck. First day after school ended I made a checklist for each of them.

AP Euro:Read the book Peasant Fires: The Drummer of Niklaushen & Notes for chapters 1 and 2
AP Psych: I don’t know yet, i doubt we have any
Aice General Paper: idk

I’ll be teaching myself Chem and Algebra 2 ( or trying to atleast ) over the summer

Honors English 10: Read To Kill A Mockingbird, Lord of the Flies
AP World History: None

I will also be self-studying AP Government, Psychology, Economics (Macro and Micro), Studio Art, and European History.

I have for AP Bio, APUSH, and AP Lang.

7 AP’s and only 3 summer assignments (calc BC, apush, comparative) =]

Duke: Which AP courses are you taking, other than Calculus, US H., and C. Government?

AP Chem: About 50-60 review problems from material covered this year in honors. Begin memorizing ions.

APUSH: 7 DBQ-like prompts. I think she only wants us to answer them with a couple paragraphs each. Read “American Spirit” , “Disney’s ‘Politically Correct’ Pocahontas”, and “The Pocahontas Myth”. Answer a total of 9 questions for the articles.

Lang & Comp: Find out Tuesday. Most likely read 4 books, 2 of which will be around 500-600 pages, 1 which will be around 300, and 1 that will most likely be around 800. Answer questions on all, write 2 essays, 1 of which is due by mid-late July.

Pre-Calc: Teach myself chapters 4-6 so I won’t be behind everyone else who had the option of taking honors alg. last year (it wasn’t offered this year).

& I’ll have 3 weeks to do it all
bleh.

AP Lit- Read a book, annotate, write a paragraph each for 10 chapters of the book, read another book, answer a series of questions on the book, and (recommended but optional) read a third book and complete assignments on it

AP Gov- write a paragraph each on 9 articles, write an essay, define 60 vocab terms for a test, read and know the constitution for a test

AP Stats- problem sets for a few chapters

AP Physics- a few problem sets due each summer month

I’m jealous of those who have no projects for their APs.
