Have you gotten your interview?

and if so, when did you submit your app?

I submitted mine dec 4 and haven't heard anything yet :/

I submitted mine the day before the priority deadline, whenever that was, and they emailed me a few days after? I think it depends on where you live. I live in a very populated area, where there must be quite a few alumni.

^as do I…hm

Some people in the U.S. will be interviewed as late as March. It all depends on when your app was received and when alum interviewers are available.

i submitted mine on Nov. 7 and got an interview Dec. 3

I submitted mine Nov 22nd and I haven’t received anything. . .

Also submitted ABOUT Nov 22 ish. Live in VERY populous area with lots of interviewers and lots of applicants. I just posted this on another thread by the “president/director” of our local Harvard Club said that you should e-mail them back with a query if you weren’t contacted in about a month after your submission. As a very general rule. Obviously the holidays play a part in that timeline.

Yup. I submitted Nov. 1 ish. Interviewed on Dec 2? I think.

I submitted in late-November but I have not yet been contacted (I live in a Minnesota metropolitan area).

You’re not alone! I submitted mine December 1, and I haven’t gotten contacted or anything else. But I don’t live in a very populous area.

Last year, D submitted her ap over Thanksgiving weekend and was contacted over xmas break for her interview (therefore well over a month and we are only 30 min from Harvard and plenty of alum). Also, if you look at the interview threads from last year, you will see that like Northstarmom stated that interviews will continue right into March.

alright, thanks for the info everyone
it’s just that I live in a very populated area as well, and there are plenty of alum around (every year the people who apply from my school get interviews) so I was a bit surprised

I got an email from my interviewer today. Or yesterday, I guess.

^Last year, you mean.

^Oh, actually last decade to be more precise.

^hahah funny
