Seems like there may have been a glitch in their MT prescreen process: if you did not pass the MT prescreen, but then auditioned for straight acting, the system has you as MT still and as not having auditioned. They consider your file incomplete and that may be why you haven’t heard. Call Admissions or just email “I wish to change my major from MT to drama” to orange@syr.edu
