<p>^^^o I didn’t read the OP only the title…but I that tour I went to was free but you had to sign up and not everyone got excepted…if you call the college or go to its websites you can set up a tour and its free and you won’t get denied but you probably have to pay for transportation</p>

<p>Most schools don’t make you pay for the tours. But if you want an “unofficial tour” where students tell you a more honest perspective, you may have to pay. </p>
<p>I visited UPenn, Harvard, Princeton, and Brown on one trip. Then Stanford and UCLA on another in the summer of my junior year.</p>

<p>I’ve visited Harvard, American, and SUNY Potsdam. I’m planning on doing a lot of college visiting over spring break in the Mass/CT/NH area. Then over the summer I might visit some further downstate, like Cornell and Vassar.</p>
