Hi guys. Most of the schools that I'm applying to have a requirement for 2 SAT II tests. How detrimental would it be for me to fill both requirements with history tests? I have taken the US history exam and the world history exam, and am trying to avoid having to take a math or science test. Thanks!

I’m curious about the same thing.

well, you would want to show colleges that you can do stuff besides history. I’d say take both history tests and a math/science, and just don’t report the math/science if it turns out really badly. I recommend chem, because it is really easy if you study from the princeton review. Math II is also a good choice, because a 45/50 is enough for 800 (but only if you are decent at math, this is harder to self study)

Thanks for the reply! Any other opinions?

I’d say NO to 2 history subject tests. Colleges want well-rounded individuals. Chem was easy for me, but Math II was even easier.

Most schools want Math II, gird your loins and take it.
