"Well-rounded" SAT IIs?

Recently, a lot of people have been telling me to take one of the math sat IIs. I had previously decided on my three: World History, US History, and Chemistry because I'll be taking them as AP classes. However, people are telling me that the math SAT IIs are virtually required, and I look unbalanced if I take a bunch of history SAT IIs (those will likely be the two highest, I already got a 800 in World.)

Any thoughts?

Honestly i think you're fine...i'm in a similar problem though
You have 2 histories and 1 science which is good. If you bomb chem, i would suggest you take Math II and really do well.
Math II is not required unless you are going into a science/math field..it's jsut most people take it becasue it's one of the easier SAT II

help me with my problemo? <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-subject-tests-preparation/549151-sat2-take.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-subject-tests-preparation/549151-sat2-take.html</a>
thanks!

You should take whichever you think you'll do best on. Unless a school specifically requests an SAT II, you can pick whichever you like.

Which brings me to ask, Are there any schools that require a specific SAT II?

Some do usually for your major.

For example, if you are going into Biology, then obviously they want to see your biology score.

Caltech requires Math 2 plus one of the sciences.
