My son earned a 3 year Army Scholarship last June. We paid for his Freshman year and now it is June of 2015 and we have not heard from the school or command as to when the scholarship and stipend will start. Can anyone tell me when the funds were available and how that transpired please and who to contact to make sure it happens. Thank you.
Go through the school financial aid office. If they have worked with the ROTC program before they can usually tell you what is going on and what to expect.
