Recently, as a sophomore in high school, I applied to HCSSiM. I was wondering how long it takes for the program to get back to you on whether or not you are accepted, and what the acceptance rate is? Also, could someone who got into the program share their stats?

17 days, it says so in the faq.
One of the people that ran it said hat it had around a 30 percent acceptance rate but that was several years ago…so its probably a lot lower now.

Just got invited to this year’s HCSSiM Summer Session! Who else got invited to the 2016 session? And, is there anyone who can give me advice on whether HCSSiM is worth it?

).
I’m prohibited from promoting the program or website on this BBS, but I (and many alumni) can answer easy questions, to make the getting-to-know-you process smoother. If anyone is interesting in creating an HCSSiM '17 thread for application discussion, I’ll see you there.
Of course, real official answers must come from Kelly or Susan themselves, so don’t take my word as gospel.
