<p>Same here, it's all good, just mailed them today actually since I had to wait for my TB test. :)</p>

<p>yeah, my mom had found everything b/c I'm like well there's nothing important in the acceptance package :p oh well, if many people are sending in the health forms late I feel better now b/c then at least I won't be the only one.</p>

<p>hmm, i have to get a tetanus shot, and the earliest appointment is August 12. so i guess I'll have to send it then... I'll call Harvard Monday morning. Gosh, I am such a goof.</p>

<p>i was so worried when i found out, i barely slept, especially since the paper was like this can effect ur registration, but the lady at teh records office responded w/ boredom as if it is normal lol</p>

<p>Well you are all better off than me. I have to get shots for tetanus, hep B, and meningcoccal. I'm glad I noticed this thread or I would not have found those forms...</p>

<p>ooh, tetanus is pretty bad, I know I had to get it before I went to Boys State and I was sick the whole time [for the better though since I hated it], but yeah, impressive that you got meningcoccal b/c I know that I'm on some pretty crazy waitlist.</p>

<p>Oh, Tetanus was really bad for me too. I had to go back to the hospital's emergency room to get some anti whatever happened stuff. I was running a really really high fever, throwing up, etc...good stuff. :D Have fun.</p>

<p>It took a lot of back talking to a nurse for me to get put on a waiting list for the meningcoccal vaccine, and then the day I finally got the shot, I got that letter from Harvard saying it wasn't required anymore. Ugh</p>

<p>you could always get the traditional vaccine instead of the new one. the new one is the one with the shortage.</p>
