Does anyone know what are some good schools in HC management? I know G-Town has a good program, any others? Also, I was wondering if anyone knows on average how well people are compensated for this work and how competitive it is to get good jobs (ie is it like Investment Banking where even getting in is tough, or is it manangable (no pun intended) to become an executive after you get experience).

If you want to go into healthcare management, you will want to attend a school of public health for graduate school. Most people think "public health" is like medicine, but it's actually closer to a business/public policy school than it is to a medical school, although there are vastly different areas of concentration. It's like a business/public policy school in a medical context. You should look into such programs.

It's probably not as hard as IB, but you won't necessarily be running hospitals either. The opportunities vary.
