<p>^Well, he’s 16, she’s 13, he’s been taller than her for all of her life, now she finally got her pubescant girl spurt and is 6’5 to his 6’2-and still growing. He’s essentially done.
This is a bit of a shock to the whole family considering both parents are about 5’7. Gotta love genetic mutation!</p>

<p>It seems I know a lot more tall people, especially girls, than you guys. Which is ironic considering I live in an area with a LOT of Chinese/Indian/Italian Americans who are generally shorter than those of say, Scandinavian Descent in Wisconsin.</p>

<p>I’ve dated girls that were my height (note this means she was taller than me when she wears heels) or shorter. I’m not saying that I’d necessarily rule out a girl because she was taller than I was but I would definitely find it far more awkward to approach them if I had to physically look up to make eye contact.</p>
