I got two offer today, and now, I dont know where I should go. I just here to ask some advice. lol
For UCR Business, I think, at least, I can find some job with Business Major right? like Business-Acct. and the rent there is cheap, My Mom won't pay any penny for my college, so thats one of the reason I want to go to UCR. One more thing is I am a Chinese, English is not my native language, so its a kinda of hard for me to study in English, I guess Riverside are easiler. And one of my friend tell me that UCR's business is really good, I dont know its ture or not.

Then for UCSD, I know that is a good school, with good reputation, good resource. I don't know what can I do after I graduate form an ECON major, I mean what kind of job can I find. And the house there is more expensive. Even more, its a challege for me to attend that school. I have no idea if I can handel it or not. But Its a good school! oh..

now I am missing...lol
Can u give me some suggestion?

Business and economics are very interchangeable. That’s why some of the UCs have hybrid business/econ classes. Different subjects but interchangeable in the sense that you can get a job in finance, accounting, management etc. with either.

If cost is a huge factor, then choose the one you can afford.

Based on your posts I am a little concerned about your English and writing skills. I don’t say that to be mean or discriminatory; but I want you to go to the place that has the best support network for international students. I would research which school has the best writing tutorial center or programs. UCSD is far more prestigious and better funded than UCR so I suspect they have better funded programs for international students. That said, UCR is one of the most diverse schools in the nation and also have a large contingent of international students. I would choose UCSD if I were you but look into what international students programs are offered at each.
