As an international student, i do not know much about thrm both.
Could you please give me some advices?
I am willing to continue to study for a PhD degree and hope to get a chance to study at M.I.T. But the aspect i care mostly is the quality of education.
Plus: working at big company is also acceptable choice.

Both of these are fine schools.
No matter where you go, it is up to you to do well in your classes, get help if you need it, and form relationships with your professors.
I don’t know UFL, but I do know Tufts and knew several students who went there back in the day. They really enjoyed it, and it’s an excellent university. I would have only good things to say about choosing Tufts.

Either is great. Florida is much larger and has much nicer weather.
UF has 55,000 students and Tufts has 5500. UF is in a small city (Gainesville) and Tufts is in a suburb of Boston. The weather is warm pretty much year round at UF. Academically, both are excellent schools.
