hey, first time posting i had a general accounting question...
The pre-req GPA required to apply for the minor in accounting at UCLA is 3.2, which includes classes such as Calc 3A and 3B (not really needed to take the exam). my question is what if hypothetically i was not accepted into the minor, then what?! Would i be able to take the courses required to sit for the CPA, and concurrently take the CPA after fulfilling the requirements? Ive already taken Accounting 1 and 2 with an A grade but I'm just curious, what if I mess up!?

would i be better off not taking calc 1 and 2, and just taking the classes required for sitting in the cpa exam??
thanks in advance,
-worried student.
