Help? Advice for an M.A. in Spanish?

Hi everyone! Here's the deal: I want to apply for an M.A. in Hispanic Studies, but I'm still a little lost/uncertain due to a concrete lack of academic work (i.e. I took some Spanish classes in college, but my working/practical experience with the language is much stronger). I know that I want to do this and can handle the workload, but I'm not quite sure if any graduate schools would be willing to accept me without a previous Spanish undergrad major (I'm thinking of pursuing either Translation or Literary Studies for the Masters).

Here is my profile: I graduated from a well-known liberal arts college with a 3.3 GPA and a double major in English and Philosophy. While there, I took some Spanish classes and studied abroad in Chile for a semester. I recently have returned from a year teaching English in Spain, followed by a summer leading volunteer trips in Central America. My GRE scores are V670 and Q720.

I know, now, that I am interested in Spanish, but I don't know if that will be enough. Do decent Masters programs accept people like me? What should I do to strengthen my application? Sorry for the vagueness, I am kind of new to the field. Any advice is highly appreciated! Thanks
