help! case western or UW-Madison

yeah, i know ive asked for help before, but the deadline's only a couple of days away... i'd like to major in economics/finance but i honestly cannot choose between the two. UW-Madison is ranked much higher, at #15 in the nation while Case is #29 (used to be 20). i like the personal attention at case and the fact that you will get the know your professors better, plus it's easier to double major but does this alone justify taking a significantly lower ranked school? thanks for any advice.

The difference in ranking is not all that much. There are 3000 schools in the country. Therefore, 15 points is not that much. Besides, rankings of departments are based on GRADUATE school programs not undergrad. If you think that you would like Case better, then go there. The rankings of the econ/finance departments are inconsequential at this point.
