HELP: College List and Resume. Is this sensible?

Hello! In my college search so far, I've found some colleges that meet my requirements.
Financial Aid is important to me and I think I would qualify for merit aid in most places.
However, to get admitted with aid, I need to be in the top of the admission pool and that's why I have segregated my colleges into categories. I'm about to write my CBSE 10th exam.
Please contribute with choices where you feel that I would get merit aid.
Information:

Chances at your reaches range from solid to dicey depending on how much you said you’d pay in your CSS PROFILE. Essays and school reputation matter quite a bit, too.

Berkeley depends on the college (Letters and Sciences, Engineering etc.) you applied to and your intended major. If arts and sciences, you are in for sure. Same for most kinds of engineering except CS.
USC and Emory in, too.
Vanderbilt, less chance than the other three, still possible.

Don’t take the SAT again, you’ll look like an idiot for doing it.

wait a minute you are to write Class 10 CBSE exam and have already taken SAT?

Thanks! I thought a perfect score will look unique, that’s why I was planning on taking it again. Yes, I took it in January 2013 and I will write the 10th CBSE in March.

Problem is, I cannot pay very much. I come from the middle class and fully depend on grants and scholarships.

that SAT scores are just great for Financial aid stuff. so. just get great grades and you’ll be goooooood applicant to the top school.

8 Best delegate awards and 15 conferences, while still in 10th PSBB? Hmmm. Doesn’t sound plausible.

So you’re giving tenth in 2013, and you had an IMO rank 2 in 2010! I didn’t even know that India had any IMO top fiver, let alone a 13 y/o one.
