My currently situation is that im in the Kingsborough community college new start program ([Kingsborough Community College - New Start FAQ](http://www.kbcc.cuny.edu/career/NewStart/Pages/newstartfaq.aspx)) where once you graduate you are guarantee a spot in the cuny senior colleges and this is my final semester.I applied to Baruch and Brooklyn for the fall 2013 and finished sending in all my application on January 20th and I called the other day since i havent received a reply yet. I called Baruch and they told me they only got my spring 2013 application from when i previously sent it in where I got accepted to Brooklyn but that wasnt my college of choice.
I also tried calling the admission office to talk to a real person but i always get a automated message telling me all of the counselors are busy and hangs up on me. What should i do now??? I dont wanna wait another semester.

I called them up again and they said my application was just created wth and im only able to get into space available basis slot so if all them are fill am i screwed?

Yeah pretty much. CUNY admissions is not organized and there will be mistakes.

I don’t really understand how they can screwed me over like that if so what are my chances of even getting into Baruch on space available basis since everyone and their mother is applying for it. Is there some sort of higher up person in the administration that can help me?
