HELP! Do I have a chance?

I'm not sure if I'm being overly optimistic with my school choices, I'd like some opinions.

Georgetown
WashU
UPenn (I know that ones a HUGE reach)
USC
GW
Northwestern
Pomona
Brandeis

Class of 2008
Arizona resident
Jewish (yeah, since every school is lacking Jews... psh)

Academic:
Rank: 40/650 (6%)
SAT: 700 on CR, M and W, will retake and take SAT IIs
W GPA: 4.6
UW GPA: 3.86
7 APs by end of senior year
Most rigorous schedule available at school
Taking a Hebrew class outside of school
Did a semester abroad as a junior (in Israel)

ECs:
Semester Abroad in Israel 11-Spring Semester
Temple Youth Group (TYG) 9 10 11 12
Communications Vice President of TYG 11
Programming Vice President of TYG 12
Historian of the Southwest Region for TYGs 12
Leadership Camp Summer 2006
Day Camp Counselor Summer 2007
Hebrew High 10 11 12
100+ Hours of Community Service at School and Camp of Underpriveleged Children
NHS
Hebrew High
Spanish Honor Society
Had jobs since sophomore year

Note: Because I did a semester abroad, it was difficult to expand my ECs because I was away from all of them. My TYG ECs take up most of my time in the year, and I was able to continue with those while in Israel.

Essays will be written about passion for international relations, especially foreign language, much involving my semester abroad. They will be very strong, I am a good writer and there is a lot of passion behind it.

Thoughts?

any thoughts?

Brandeis: In! I have friends who go there and I know quite a few people who go there. They say they LOVE it. Honestly, I think they might be trying to marry Brandeis. lol. Just make sure the school fits you--Brandeis is extremely liberal. If you want that kind of atmosphere, it's perfect. Actually, the thing it reminds me most of is a NFTY event where everyone is very friendly, very liberal and very happy.

I don't know the others well enough to say.

My boyfriend's sister just graduated Brandeis and loved it. It's definitely a pretty safe school for me which is good. Ironically, I'm not sure the heavily Jewish atmosphere is right for me, like it has its blessings and its curses for me. Extremely liberal is fine with me though. I'm definitely going to visit.

bump 10char

bump 10char

no one? bump

Georgetown--slight reach
WashU--reach
UPenn (I know that ones a HUGE reach)--reach
USC--match
GW--safe match
Northwestern--slight reach
Pomona--reach
Brandeis--Match

Look, the ECs don't come across because of the semester overseas--and the rank and test scores are not good enough for the Ivies (or Pomona or WUSL or Northwestern). All the rest are safe matches, matches--or in the case of Georgetown, slight reach (a Jew who spends all his spare time on Jewish causes applying to a Catholic school will get a look, but probably not get accepted)

Good luck to you.
