<p>Is the FAFSA only available after January 1st? I can't fill it out now although it says the colleges that I have ranked must receive all my materials by Nov. 4th, right?</p>
<p>Colleges require you to submit the form once it become available in January. No need to worry. It isn’t available yet, so colleges aren’t forcing applicants to fill it out just yet</p>
