Can some Yalie seniors help me on this?

I applied for Financial Aid in Yale, and submitted my CSS Profile as well.

When I checked for Financial Aid Decision, I got this letter..

Congratulations on your admission to Yale College. We have reviewed the
financial aid application materials submitted by your family and as of
March 23rd we do not have enough information to estimate your eligibility.
Please provide the information requested below as soon as possible so that
we may notify you of your financial aid eligibility:

Parents' prior year tax return

Mail the information to the address printed above or fax the documents to
203 777-6100. When submitting the requested information, it is extremely
important to include on all documents your (the student's) name and the
identification number shown above under the date.

If you have decided to withdraw your application for need-based financial
aid, please notify us so that we may update our records.

Note that you can find the current status of your financial aid application
on the web. Visit the main page of the Admissions Decisions web site, then
click on the Financial Aid Decisions link. This will take you to the
Admitted Student Financial Aid Menu. Choose "Your Financial Aid Document
Tracking", and then the 2011-2012 aid year, and you will see information on
what we have received and what is still missing.

If you have any questions, please contact a Student Financial Services
counselor by e-mail at sfs@yale.edu or by calling 203 432-2700.

We welcome you to the Yale community.

The problem is - I am from Malaysia - where the language medium is not English, so my tax return forms are all in the Malay Language. How should I go about this? Can I get a lawyer to translate it into English and certify it or something?

I'm thinking of going to my country's tax department office to ask for an English version (but they are incredibly inefficient and this could take ages).

P.S. Tax returns are for my mom. My dad is retired. Would an official document of retirement by his employer be sufficient to show that he does not have any tax return anymore? (or should I provide other documents in regards to my dad's retirement? As proof.)
