Help Finding Schools!

I'm currently a first-semester college sophomore majoring in psychology. I'm looking to change my major to creative writing, but my school doesn't have a very strong program for that. Therefore, I'm looking to transfer for the fall of 2008.

Characteristics of ideal college:
-Located in the city (preferably New York, Boston, or San Francisco but really anywhere that's safe to walk around in)
-Strong creative writing program
-Offers a lot of help to students in finding internships

It would also be amazing (but not necessary) if the college didn't require a high school transcript or SAT scores, as I was unable to perform those to the best of my abilities due to medical reasons.

My college credentials are as follows:
GPA: 3.60, but that will be raised up to a 3.7 by the end of the semester
Awards: Alpha Lambda Delta, psychology recognition award
Extracurriculars: Vice president of my dorm, member of my class council, mentor twice (last semester and this year) at local schools
Work Experience: Currently work at an office on campus. I also worked at a (national) store in the mall, where I was one of the top sales associates in the company. The vice-president brought many of my ideas back to the corporate office to be distributed throughout the company.

For high school:
GPA: 2.6
SAT: 1100 (560 on verbal and 540 on math)
Extracurriculars: Destination Imagination, a creative, team-building, problem-solving organization. I was involved in this for ten years and was awarded the Spirit Award my senior year.

If anyone has any suggestions for colleges to apply to that would be a good fit, I'd greatly appreciate it! I'm feeling very much in the dark right now, so any help you can provide would be amazing!

Thank you!! :]

BU a match?

Thanks, Ronaldo!
Do you know anything about BU's transfer admissions process? More specifically, how much they care about high school transcripts and SAT scores (I believe they require them, but I'm not completely sure on this)?

...Bump...
