Are these reasonable?

I'm currently a first-semester sophomore at a small college in Western Massachusetts. I'm looking to transfer into a school with a strong creative writing program.

My college credentials are as follows:
GPA: 3.60, but that will be raised up to a 3.7 by the end of the semester
AWARDS: Alpha Lambda Delta, psychology recognition award
EXTRACURRICULARS: Vice president of my dorm, member of my class council, mentor twice (last semester and this year) at local schools
WORK: Office on campus

For high school: (I was unable to perform to the best of my abilities due to medical reasons)
GPA: 2.6
SAT: 1100 (560 on verbal and 540 on math)
EXTRACURRICULARS: Destination Imagination, a creative, team-building, problem-solving organization. I was involved in this for ten years and was awarded the Spirit Award my senior year.

I also took a Gap Year in between high school and college. During this time, I worked at a (national level) store in the mall, where I was one of the top sales associates in the company. The vice-president brought many of my ideas back to the corporate office to be distributed throughout the company.

I'm planning on applying to EMERSON, FORDHAM, and LOYOLA (Maryland). Possibly also to Manhattan and Columbia. Do these seem reasonable (except for Columbia, which I'm just applying to for kicks)?

Thank you for any help!

B u m p

...Anyone?

I know nothing about transfering. Sorry.

Have you spoken to the AdComms of the schools you're considering?

I have briefly, but I still don't really know much. I don't know how much emphasis the schools place on high schools grades and SAT scores, which could make a big difference. I don't think I could really call up the school and say, "Hi, here are my stats, what are my chances of you accepting me?" haha
