<p>HELP! Personal advice on switching universities?
I'm currently a student at uiuc. I'm a freshman and haven't really spent much time on campus but i feel like i made the wrong choice. I am extremely homesick even though my best friend is on campus with me. I don't like my roommate and i just don't like the atmosphere. I really don't think my opinion would change so im considering going back to Chicago and enrolling and commuting in one of the universities in the city. im not sure if im acting too much on what i feel as i am here but i feel like this discomfort will some how have a toll on my academics as well. I'm undecided but im considering going into pre-vet and i was thinking of UIC as an option. would this be a good choice? both academically and just overall? i really cant make up my mind on what my best choice would be...any insight would be of great help! Thank you!</p>
