Help...I made a stupid mistake in SAT registration

Hello

I'm an international student (Korean) who made a stupid mistake in SAT registration. When I first registered for the SAT three years ago, I mistakenly put the second part of my first name as my middle initial
(Back then, I was young and terribly clumsy and actually thought that I was right)

I made this stupid mistake because I was not familiar with the proper usage of English middle names. To make it clear, this is the mistake I made:
if my name is Jong Hoon Shim (not my name), I registered the "Hoon" as my middle name, so it became like this: Jong H. Shim (in their e-mails, they call me Jong instead of Jong Hoon)

I noticed this mistake after taking three SAT tests (uhhh….you blind?); then, I immediately called customer service to correct the mistake, but without success...(due to their security policy or whatever)....I asked some of my friends, and they said it was no big deal..."A lot of international students make those mistakes," they said (Idk if its true):
However, this is not the real problem I am worried about...
After noticing the mistake, I corrected my personal information right away on the website, and then surprisingly, I was able to register for the New SAT with my correct name (using the same account).....I called the customer service again, asking them to put my old scores on my correct name (new SAT organizer, to be specific), but again without success (I have ample verification, but they don't seem to listen..)
Anyway, I'm scared if I have to send the old and new tests score separately....
(The colleges that get the reports will be terribly confused because one will be under this name “Jong H. Shim” while the other, under “Jong Hoon Shim.” If collegeboard merges the old sat and new sat scores together (into the new SAT organizer) so that I can send all of my test scores in one single report, problem solved for me....Will that happen? Does anybody know that Collegeboard will merge scores? I check the website everyday, but they still hold separate services...when will they make it to one?? Anyone who knows, please reply Thank You

Hmm, well I don't know... The first time I registered for the SATs I put in "F" as my middle initial, and second time I put in "K" (which is correct). I went online a couple of weeks after my second registration to check if the tests I'd taken would show up on my page, but they didn't. I called ETS to ask why, and I was told I had two seperate accounts with different middle intials. So naturally I asked if they could be merged, but the lady on the phone said she couldn't do that. I called again 30 minutes later and another ETS rep answered, but this one was far more helpful and friendlier and she managed to merge my two accounts.

So I'd recommend you try another time, but if that fails, simply notify the colleges you're applying to about your situation. I'm sure it'll all work out.

hey, devious, when did you call? just recently?

I believe that they don't do those stuffs anymore (for security reasons, I guess)
Unlike yours, mine is on the same account, yet has difference in names..weird..ehh?
