I am a current sophomore in high school. I’m interested in either Medical School or law school. I didn’t do too well my freshman year, but I’m definitely doing better now as a sophomore. My gpa freshman year was absolutely horrible, it was a 2.9! My grades now are all high B’s and A’s, and I was wondering how much freshman year could effect my chances of getting into good schools such as Rutgers University? Do colleges like to see improvement?
Ok… And?
Sorry I posted too early @AmberLee2016
You’ve got time to improve. Make sure you do well on either the SAT or ACT, get your GPA, and try and get some extracurriculars.
UC schools don’t even look at Freshman year grades You’re good, fam. Just keep raising your grades.
