Hey guys Im an international student looking to study in the US and I really need help finding a college that fits my needs!

Ive done a lot of research on college board but I come up with so many colleges and dont know what to do. I dont know specifically which state I would like to study in because there are so many and Ive only been to Florida.

I did some research on states and I found that the most boring/ugly were Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Alaska, Alabama, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Iowa, Nevada, but dont be afraid to consider them.
I also dont like very much big cities such as NY because its too crowded, it doesnt feel like the ideal college environment, and its harder to make friends

I liked Colorado, Oregon, Goergia, Tenesse, Virginia, Ohio, Texas, Florida, California, NC, Arizona because they look fun and beautiful.

I live in Chile and we dont have GPA here but my academics werent that good in HS, I was at around the top 70% (which aint so good) BUT its the best school here.

I have not taken the SAT or TOEFL but my english is pretty good and I think ill do decent/well.

Basically, this would be the perfect fit:

Requirements:
$35,000 or less including room and board (for international students)
A college that is not looked bad upon, that is decent and sad some prestige, but isnt a top college/or really hard to get into (because of my GPA)
Good marketing and psychology faculties and majors available.
Nutrition, photography and music minors available.
Coed (man and women) college/university.
Residential campus.
Not historically black or hispanic serving.
Fraternities/sororities available

Less important things that I taken in consideration:

Friendly people/community
Decent amount of partying
Fun environment in and outside of the campus
Fun nightlife
Outdoors activities
Good cafeteria food
Gym and pool available
Varied weather, hot weather is fine too, but no cold places all year round.
Bars and clubs
Beautiful scenery

So far, Ive liked colleges such as:
Colorado State University
University of Central Florida
Florida state university
University of Oregon
University of Colorado - Boulder

So, what would you reccomend me?
