Help! IDOC Question About Missing Schools

I have a question for experienced parents who have gone through the IDOC process before. We are first timers with 4 CSS Profile schools that require IDOCs. We recently got the email from College Board to begin the process. Only 2 of the 4 schools our senior applied to are listed. Acceptance results for 3 of the 4 schools will be given around 4/1, another school is due sometime this month. The school with the February notification date is NOT listed on the IDOC Requirements letter to us. Should we take this to mean that 2 of the 4 schools are not planning on sending Acceptances or will the other two schools be able to access our IDOCs later. Really puzzled as to why only 2 of the schools are listed.

only two of the schools use idoc to verify the css profile, nothing to worry about acceptance wise. In the schools I applied to Dartmouth and Columbia use IDOC and USC and Uchicago don’t they use their own system to upload the documents and case western doesnt use anything at all unless in special cases.

Not all schools that require profile require doc to be sent via IDOC. Are you sure all 4 require IDOC? You should check the finaid web pages of all the schools to see what and how they want the doc sent. If you can’t find it on the webpages, then contact the schools and ask. I wouldn’t assume that the 2 schools are not planning on sending acceptances.

Thanks @yoskis and @annoyingdad for the replies. Yes, we checked. All four schools require IDOCS. I’m surprised that the school that releases acceptances in February is not one of the two listed for us on the notification from IDOCs; it is University of Rochester.

If you get the IDOC documents in all the schools that need it will have access to it so I wouldn’t worry.

Thanks @Yoskis!

Some schools are not working on your FA package yet. If they need further document, they will either contact you or request the IDOC when needed.

For future readers: all 4 schools eventually appeared on IDOCS and everything worked out for us. Thanks to the above posters for all of your help.
