Help in Math for the SAT!

Hello everyone. I took the SAT in January and my results were
Math: 700
Critical Reading: 770
Writing: 770 (10 on essay, 75 MC)

As one can easily see, the probelem is my math score. On the blue book tests, I would always score either an 800 or really close to an 800 like a 780 or something; however, for some reason, when I take the official tests like the PSAT and SAT, then I get a much lower math score than I expect. For example, on the PSAT, I got a 71 on the math section.
Can someone help me figure out what's wrong? I have done most of the 20 tests from Dr. Chung's book and I have also finished many other prep book's tests like Barron's and Princeton Review.

Thank you!

quality, not quantity. I would say that you’ve just repeated the easier exercises without focusing on the harder ones.
700= 4 or 5 mistakes in the maths exercices (the curve’s very harsh).
However exercises from dr chung’s book are quite harder than the usual questions. you’ve probably skipped these explanation or read without completely grasping
you may feel anxious too…

Any more help?

Dr. Warner is THE BEST.
