I understand this is probably a dumb question, but anyways here it is..

I have a 3.7 GPA at my current community college and was interested in going to business school. I will have my AAS in a few months, but I have not taken any business classes other than a business math class.

If I am transferring after 2.5 years at a CC and have the GPA & test scores to get into the school is that enough? Or would I have to take some business classes at my CC before ever being accepted? If I transfer in would I have to start all over or just have to jump right into the business classes since I most definitely have all the general ed out of the way (if they accept them all).

For example, just one of the few business schools I was considering is Arizona State:

If you are a transfer student applying to the W. P. Carey School of Business Bachelor of Science degree program, you are eligible for direct admission if you have met the ASU transfer student admission requirements and one of the following:

1) An SAT (math and critical reading sections only) score of 1160.

2) An ACT composite score of 25.

3) A high school class ranking in the top 8 percent.

In addition, you must have a 3.0 cumulative ASU GPA (if you have attended ASU), a 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA (if you have attended another institution), and meet grade requirements for all critical tracking courses taken (applicable only if you fall under critical tracking requirements).
