I have a question :( I finished up my test and I decided to close everything and put in my answer document in my test booklet but I was not paying enough so I flipped to a different page that was not the front. My procter walked by and he saw I was on a different section and I was not aware of it since my head was down the whole time. He accused me of trying to finish up the math portion even though my answer sheet was not even near that section. What are the chances of my scores being canceled? Please help :(

There is certainly not enough information for anyone to give you a response. They would be pulling a number out of the air. You just have to wait and see what happens. If you are a Senior, then presumably this is not your first SAT, so even if they cancel the scores you still have others. If you are a Junior then you will have plenty of other chances to take the test or try the ACT. So chill.

They would have told you at the test center if they were going to cancel your scores. If you finished the test and turned it in and they had no other discussions with you you should be fine.

The decision of cancelling the scores lies solely at Collegeboard’s discretion. The proctor can only state down that you’re in a different section, and the circumstances he saw. However, there’s a fair chance of you losing your scores over this…they’ll drop you an email if they did. If you’re concerned about this, it’ll be better to phone Collegeboard and ask around.
