I applied to the University of Rochester about a month ago using the common app. They sent me a supplement to fill out and return by the deadline (Jan 16). I was working on it today, when I decided to check my application status online at Rochester's website. On the site it said at the top of the page: "Thank you! Your application is complete!" My question is: should I still send the supplement? There are very few meaningful questions on it and I don't think it will enhance my application in any way. What do you think I should do?

If you didn't sumbit the supplement online, then send it. Looking at the questions a number seem important and they may look down on your application if you don't send it.

Send it. You have apparently met the minimum requirement for having a complete application, but it would help for them to have it.
