Attention: Combined Admission Program Applicants

Hi. I want to encourage anyone that has submitted an application to one of our Combined Admission Programs (CAP) to confirm that your ‘CAP Application’ is complete. You can do so by checking your MyRoc account or calling the admissions office. I have spoken with a few students that were unaware that their CAP Applications were incomplete, and that is my motivation for this reminder. We are beginning to review applications to our CAP programs, so it is important that you have submitted all of the necessary documents to us. Thanks, and good luck!

How do we tell from the MyRoc page if our CAP app is done yet?

Is it just the checkbox where it says “Combined-Admission Program Supplement”?

The only thing I didn’t send yet is the midyear report. That’s it for me, right?-

Also, I had my interview on Saturday and my interviewer told me he submitted the report already but the interview box for my MyRoc has not been checked.
Are you guys still working on it?

Usually the interview form will take a bit to fully process and appear in your queue. I would give it at least a few more days. The ‘CAP Supplement’ checkbox should indicate whether or not the supplement has been completed and processed. I hope your interview went well!

How do we tell if the CAP application is complete in our online accounts? Does having a check mark for “Application Supplement” mean its complete?

Also, my overall status is incomplete because I have not submitted midyear reports. My application will still be considered in the meantime right?

Yes, the check mark should indicate that your CAP Application is complete. Your application will be considered without your midyear report. We typically begin recieving midyear reports in late January and will recieve them throughout February.
