•community and school spirit! (Doesn’t need to be an insane amount of spirit but def a good student community
•medium size student body
•ideally fairly diverse
•ideally east coast

•some party scene and sports
•50-20% acceptance rates mostly

Have you seen the latest homepage of colgate.edu? It shows many of the blue stone buildings on the Hill and represents why many find Colgate one of the most beautiful campuses in the US.
I understand the website will receive an overhaul in a few weeks. What’s there already and what will be delivered give great insights into what Colgate delivers to applicants, its students and staff, and alumni.
In addition to BC and Holy Cross, would agree with Colgate too if you’re willing to look outside of MA, and if that’s the case then Trinity & Bucknell too. Similar campus cultures at all those schools.
