<p>During the Sunday SAT, there was music blasting into the classroom from outside, and it took about 2 and a 1/2 sections for the test center to do anything about it. It really messed up my score, so I managed to file a formal complaint after I got my score (2.5 weeks later), but they told my friend (who took the SAT in the same classroom as me) that they can't file a formal complaint for him, because the complaint was 2 weeks too late. ANY info on how to go about it and what type of compensation I can expect/hope for would be much appreciated! Also, if I say that someone was cheating (thus incompetent proctor) would it be of any help</p>
<p>P.S. - If anyone has a chance to contribute to my other thread on the list of recycled SAT's I'd be very happy. They screwed me over once but if I can narrow the list down to a couple of Saturday SAT's, I can beat CB at their own system and study those from the forums for the June sat (which is in a week)</p>
