what can collegeboard do if i file one? can they refund or give me a free retest?

First of all the room had no clocks. Secondly, during the 2nd section the proctors switched and the new one told us we had 20 minutes left, then the old one came back and told us we had 20 minutes left like 10 minutes later... -_-

Then during the last test (SAT II's) a couple students finished like 15-20 minutes early and started talking loudly with the proctor until the end of the period... hard to concentrate with other people talking

Whatever you do, get your complaint in writing TO them by the Wednesday following the test otherwise you can forget about them doing anything.

My D had a horrible experience as well this past weekend and she is filing a complaint. A large group of boys from a private school that apparently doesn't see females often were completely disruptive to the test: Whistling and cat-calling at girls who came to the test, cell phones going off, refusing to settle down to the point that the test, which was being administered at the boys' school, started over an hour and half late.

D is afraid to have her score cancelled ("just in case the planets aligned with the stars and it is a good score") but I am furious that this was allowed to go on.

Does anyone have experience with something like this? What was your outcome if you complained?

i know i did poorly Math IIC

was retaking a 710... for 800 but i know i didnt get it...
Probably 790-800 IC

very poorly for lit... actually i have no clue, but probably mid600s...

the only reason i really retook was for IIC so i am upset.

and im going to retake the SAT I in DEC... so if i cancel my scores i wont have 3 subject tests. Do they offer make ups or anything like that?

At my school one of the groups had 20 minutes extra for the essay. If a complaint is filed, what would happen to those scores?
