My sister was at CC in Califonia,

however she just moved to Virginia a few weeks ago,

so she would go to Nothern Virginia community college on next semester.

The problem is about her transcript record.

She had gotten some bad grade, so wanna keep it under wraps.

if she doesn't produce her record of last college to office,

she could re-start on blank transcript?

or will have got any problem?

I think the latter is right,

but she doesn't believe it

help lol

She'll get a fresh transcript at that college, but her transcript from California will always be on her record (and not disclosing it will definitely create problems). When she applies to transfer it will matter--it will also matter if she applies to grad schools, etc.

if she'll get a fresh transcript,
her grades of last college will be calculated in overall gpa??

She gets a fresh transcript ONLY AT the NEW community college--every college gives you a transcript with only their gpa. Classes may transfer to the college, but gpa won't. But if she applies for certain things, like honors programs, etc. and they require a certain gpa, her past gpa will hold her down.

And yes, of course, in an "OVERALL GPA" for the purposes of just about anything, all of her college coursework will count.

ok, thank you g1a2b3e :)
