----Hi, guys . i'm going to Florida State, at first i decided to study computer science. Then now i find Maths is not very interesting because i'm a little bit lazy to sit in front of the desk paying tons of hours solving math. I love technology but i don't want to spend my whole day in the lab or in my room, in front of the computer screen . It's harmful for both my eyes and my health ( that's my perspective ). i love going out, traveling around.
---- i love going out, traveling around. I want a job that i can have time for my family. I'm an outgoing guy, i can communicate, acting a little bit, but i don't want to study other languages beside English ( just saying that as some majors require to take other languages) . Please help me choose my major. Which major do you think is suitable for me, are there any aspects of Computer Science that don't do lots of math and not sitting too long in front of computer ?
----You guys can list 10 or 20 majors but please don't say that like guy like me will never get a job or don't go to college cause you don't want to learn anything etc.
Thank you guys :)

The first thing that came to my mind was Marketing with Computers. Consultants are always in high demand for presale type of computer work. This is where you would demo software / hardware components for clients looking to purchase your product. It would involve a high degree of travel with the computer background training that you seem to like.

Most jobs nowadays use computers - if not the mathematical structures and programming, what is it that interests you about computer science?

It looks like Florida State has an undergraduate major in management information systems. MIS is the use of information technology in businesses - it combines business and applied computer science. So you likely won’t be doing a whole lot of math or programming; instead, you’ll be learning how to manage information, data, and computing capabilities for a business.

Florida State also has several majors in the College of Communication that may appeal to you. There’s an Information Communication and Technology Major and an Information Technology major. They seem relatively similar, but ICT focuses on skills to use IT to communicate (like web design, desktop multimedia, and electronic media production) whereas the IT major is more about maintaining an IT system (security and networking, database design).

FSU also has a computer criminology major. It seems to be about the use of computers to commit crimes and how to use computers to solve or help solve crimes, including cryptography and data structures. However, it does seem relatively math and programming heavy - students have to take classes in discrete math and UNIX.

tks guys, i’m seeing Media Production Have any idea how good or bad they are ? at least with that job, i can go out and shooting, filming. But I don’t see they’re ranked high in that major, and that major is not even popular, i’m afraid i can’t get a decent job
