Help me decided which internship(s) to pursue.

After a hectic and disastrous first internship that I mentioned in another thread, I got my stuff together and finally was able secure a few internships that I was actually interested in. And now, I am unsure which one I should take and be great if people can offer me a few words of advice. My schedule is light but I am no super man so I can do 2 of those internships, 10 hours each per week. All these internships are unpaid.

An marketing internship. A company that has three divisions and do mostly marketing for gaming companies. This company has a formal internship program and they expect 9 hours a week with a set schedule. The company has about 2-3 other interns as well as about 5-6 other employees in a decent sized office setting. My role will be helping them establishing a e-commerce website and there are upperclassmen from my school working there.

Real Estate. With a one man show, the guy is incredibly talented being a real estate agent and his office is at the basement of home. The setting is very nice given that it is a home office. There are 1 other agent that work for him. The only thing that draws me to this internship is that the fact that the small scale will give me an excellent chance at learning more about real estate. He agrees to sponsor me for a real estate license within 1 year and teach me the basis for real estate. The schedule is not set and I can work from my dorm.

Real estate investment company. One of the largest in the state, it provides commercial real estate services to companies. Has 4 offices across the East coast and I will be working in their main corporate office. The office has about 18-20 full-time employees and no intern. My role is unclear. The interview was one of the most intensive interview I have had; I was grilled about every single line of my resume for 2 hours. Should I choose to do this internship, I am positive that I will be the only the person in there below 30. From my interview, I do not think they have had many interns in the past. The draw of this company is prestige; it has a long history dating back to the 1950s.

I still have to interview for a few more spots but as of right now, those are my top three choices. I was just wondering if anyone can give me any input as to which internship I should choose. I can ideally do 1 but I can also do 2 if I must.

Thanks
