Help me find schools for environmental science

Currently im a junior and im interested in schools for environmental science (or engineering) In California, new york, new jersey, DC, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts. Currently I live in CA so im def applying to UCs. I have a breadth of EC (w/ lots of leadership) and my uw gpa will be around 3.5, 3.6 w. I had a really bad freshman year due to issues so my grades were bad. Because of this im also interested in schools that dont look at freshman year too much (dont worry my school doesnt rank). Without freshman year my gpa will be like a 3.7uw, 4.0w. I would prefer to be near the city but im pretty open as long as its not rural. Thanks for the help! Tell me if I need to provide more info

SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

It is just north of the Syracuse University campus. 4.5 hours from NYC.

Older S at UCD for Environmental Science and Management. Loves the school and there at least 6-7 different types of majors in the School of Agriculture and Environmental Science. If you are interested in Environmental Engineering, they have a Civil/Environmental Engineering major. Although Davis is rural, you are only 20 min from Sacramento and 1 hour from San Francisco. They have a daily shuttle to Berkley for a change of scenery. UCD’s environmental program is highly ranked. With your stats you would have a better chance at UCD than UCB.
Staying in-state would better financially than out of state. Good luck and try for an SAT of 2000+. Looking at this years admits, GPA was a huge factor.
