Hi, I am searching colleges. I liked Bucknell, Lehigh, Johns Hopkins and Gettysburg, and am looking for similar schools. I am from Pennsylvania and public vs private does not matter to me. For location, I would like to stay in the northeast or mid Atlantic. School size or setting is not important to me.
Thanks!

In order to give you some accurate recommendations we will need to know stats, home state and what your family can afford.

We also need to know grades and your intended major

-Unweighted GPA is 3.9
-I am from Pennsylvania
-Finance is not a critical issue
-Major of choice would be business or communications
-SAT was 630 math, 600 reading, 620 writing the first time I took it this last spring.

I’d add Goucher (if Baltimore was okay with you),Dickinson, Vassar, Franklin & Marshall, Trinity, Villanova, Fordham, and Connecticut College. If you’re willing to travel further, and deal with the cold, then Ithaca, Syracuse, Colgate, Hamilton, Bates, and Colby might also be prospects. Maybe Elon or Davidson, further south, and College of Wooster, Davidson, or Kenyon in Ohio.

I’d look at some college guide books (ex.Fiske, Princeton Review). Offhand, Lafayette, Franklin and Marshall, Dickinson, Villanova are all in PA.

Dickinson is test optional, I would not send your scores unless they go up quite a bit at a future sitting. Dickinson does not offer a true business major, but they have Econ and also an International Business major of some kind. My D went there, and her bf was an Econ major who now works for a large consulting firm.

Thank you all for your suggestions! I am intrigued by all of your potential colleges for me

Holy Cross, Colgate. HC is only 1 hour from Boston.

Muhlenberg and Ursinus would fit your list…
