Help me out guys!

I'm a highschool senior and I have pretty much decided on a UC. I don't want to be narrow minded though, so I would love to apply to some cool out of states that are matches or possible reaches. The problem is i dont know where to start. Here are my stats

SAT I: 1840
ACT: 27, retook in Oct, hoping for 30.
SAT II's (my downfall): 580 Chem, 570 Math II. Retaking math and chem in Dec to get a 650 on both.
EC's. Kiwanis Club, California Scholarship Federation, Invisible Children Club.

I have worked at a highly "prestigious" pool as a lifeguard for two summers. Trained in Red Cross and have my CPR Certification, First Aid, and Water Safety Instruction Certification.

Rowed on a crew team my sophomore year of high school 6 days a week.

Why don't you tell us more about what you'd like to do in college and what some of your goals are in college. What would you like in your school? That's more helpful than just knowing what your SAT scores are and what you do outside of school.

I am unsure of my "goals" right now. I am undecided in my major so i want to do some exploring. I do know that i want a memorable college experience. I think that a great college town is very high on my list, however i do also want the academics to be respectable. My junior year i know that i want to study abroad and I want to attend grad school in a big city like Boston or NYC. I want a vibrant community, however i'd like to be able to keep my personal space when i want. Ideally, I would LOVE a nice, peaceful campus with a balance of trees and sunlight. Mild weather is the best (northern CA ish). It would make it perfect if the campus was failrly large, inside of a fairly populated college town (like Boston). The problem with Boston is weather and distance to travel. It is not a "hub", like NYC or SF.

Hmm...Have you considered the University of Washington?

If you want to go to a UC, you should tell us your GPA. That's the most important factor in UC admission.

Wow can't believe i forgot GPA. UC GPA is 4.125.
