I need some clarification about the deadline: when they say deadline : october 7th at midnight do they mean the night of the 6th(tonight) or 24.00 of tomorrow!!

<p>They mean by end of tomorrow. Midnight is officially still part of the day that is ending not the one beginning and thus midnight Oct 7 means you still have a day.</p>
